Got scammed, a company rep reached out to me on Facebook after I posted that I was looking for duct cleaning services. The person who messaged me was name Jorge Zavala.

I was pitched a $200 service which listed everything that was included. When I asked what machine they use and how they agitate the ducts, Jorge explained in great details what the process was.

The day of the service, the tech started to perform the cleaning and I noticed they were not taking pictures (for the before and after pictures included in the $200 service) and he was not using high pressure and/or brushes to agitate the ducts. When I questioned him about it, he said those are not included, that they are only part of their "deep cleaning" for a lot more money.

I showed him the message between Jorge and I and the tech took pictures of Jorge and my conversation so he could report it, as this is not the first time he has lied to customer.

When I questioned Jorge about it after the service, he stopped responding.

Total rip off and scam from the get go! After a 5 minutes inspection ($32), wanted to charge me $600 to clean a new fireplace that had only been used for 1 winter. Also wanted to charge me extra to “seal stones” in fireplace, which are not to be sealed!!! DO NOT USE!!!

This company has very shady business practices. The techincian here in Pompano Beach chargedus $300 for a simple Dryer Vent Clean and did not want to leave an invoice. Called the company several times, they never rurned my calls or messages.

This company is a Scam and thieves. Do Not get fooled by their $99 advertisement. Many complains with Better Business Bureau. Be Aware of their false advertisement and non-professional technicians.

Air Duct Now is advertising Air Duct cleaning for $99 so I made and appointment for May 7, 2024. The technician was late to appointment so I went to work and asked my mother to allow the technician to come in.
The technician by the name of Ron called me stated I need AC deep cleaning for $700. When I refused to pay that amount, Ron proceeded to reduce the price to $249. Ron called and requested Payment via Zelle. When I asked for an Invoice before, he stated one would be sent after payment had been made. As of today no invoice has been received.

When I returned home I found the vent dirty as if nothing had been done. My mother confirmed that Ron was in the house for a total of 10 minutes. I tried called immediately to make a complain and the person who answered stated that another technician would come to my house again to do the cleaning. A week later no one has come and after repeated calls, This company does not want to take responsibility. They are a complete Scam and thieves who take advantage of the elderly.

Best experience from start to finish. They were so thorough and very patient showing me everything and answered all of my questions. He had such a great sense of humor and was very professional. My dryer wasn’t working due to all the dust and now after Air duct cleanings service , my dryer is back up and running. Highly recommended and would leave more stars if I could! Thank you!
